Katie and Colby

What a busy weekend we had. My sister Katie got married on Saturday. I played the piano at the ceremony. Katie looked gorgeous. Kenzie was her bridesmaid and she looked beautiful. Family came down for the occasion who we were so happy to see and spent time with.

Here they are at their open house which was decorated beautifully by Lindsay, Mark, Natalie and my dad. These were the only pictures I took. In all the commotion I forgot to charge the battery on my camera. So sad and the boys looked so cute I wanted to get a picture of them. We had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends that we don't get to see often. The boys had a blast running around with their cousins and friends.
Now there is just 1 Castaneda girl left. Our dear little sister Kenzie who is only 13 thank goodness.

So here they are Colby and Katie Clonts. Congratulations, We love you and wish you the best!!

What we've been up to

I haven't updated our blog in over a month. November was a bad month for us except for our anniversary. We all had the swine flu. Starting with myself then Noah and Caleb. Following right along was Chris and then our poor baby Henry. It was very scary! We missed Thanksgiving in Arizona. It was a rough time but we got through it and we are all just fine.

We put up our Christmas Tree. It's pretty bald, we could use a new one. Maybe after Christmas we can find a good deal on a new one.

The boys helped hang the ornaments. They were so excited!

This little boy is getting bigger and bigger and heavier and heavier

We love him dearly.

Our 9th Anniversary

Here we are 9 years ago outside the Los Angeles LDS Temple. It was so freezing that day. I loved this guy back then and I love him even more today.

What a year!! It seems like yesterday that I was posting our 8th anniversary and now it is our 9th. I was terribly sick with the flu this last week. I'm glad that is over and all is well.

Here we are after being married for 9 years. We've put some weight on over the years. But still look pretty good.

We celebrated at Disneyland. Here is Henry on the Monorail for the first time.

Henry had fallen asleep but then I peeked in to find this. That was quick. His cheeks look like they're about to pop!

We ate at the same place as last year the Blue Bayou. I just love it there. They even brought out some chocolate mousse after our dinner.

Caleb got on Space Mountain twice, first with Chris and then with me. Then we all went on Buzz Lightyear for Noah. Then back on the Monorail and home we went. We had a good time and I hope for many more happy anniversaries!

Halloween Party

Just before leaving for mom's ward Halloween Party

Chris and the Boys. I bought the Lion and Dinosaur costume on sale at Gymboree for 12 bucks each. So it was 2 for less than the price of 1, good deal!

Chris and that shirt again. Our little pumpkin is NOT creepy!

Kenzie and Katie the monkey. She was cozy in that costume.

Colby's niece. She is the second person I know who was going as Coraline. I thought she made a pretty good Coraline! So she let me take her picture.

Me and Kenzie.

4 Mos. and other stuff

Henry is 4 mos. old today. He can finally hold his head up high. It took him along time to do this I'm thinking because of the size of his head! He really hates tummy time, only about a minute and he's done.

I just can't say enough about how wonderful this baby is. This Boy is the Best!! I love being home with my 3 sons. Of course the house is most of the time a disaster with toys everywhere and mountains of clothes waiting to be folded on every couch, but I don't let that bother me so much. I am just enjoying this time I have with my little children and I'm so thankful they're happy and healthy! Henry is getting big so fast. He'll be playing with his brothers before you know it.

Henry and cousin Brooklyn. She's a doll!!

On to other things. Chris took the boys to the California Adventure Trick-or-Treat party with our friends. Noah was Buzz Lightyear and Caleb was G.I. Joe.

Chris said they had a great time. I wish I would have been feeling good to go. Kenzie took my place.

The boys with their good friend James.

Schuyler, Lisa and James.

And lastly Caleb and Noah in their cozy jammies being loving to one another.

Birthday at Disneyland

Noah's Party at Disneyland. Thanks Mama and Kenzie for coming to celebrate !
I love the shirt, mom!

We love the Carnation Cafe which is on Main Street.

Chris and Caleb ready to eat I guess, they both have their mouths open! And Henry loves to chew on his hand, he is so cute.

The Birthday Boy blowing out the candle on his cake. The cake comes in this pirate's chest you can buy for $15.99. He was pretty excited when they brought it out.

Caleb took a picture of Mama. You can't see, but 2 tables behind us we had Aaron B. from Suburban Legends celebrating with us (he just didn't know it)!!

Here is a picture of Chris and Henry this morning before we left. They look a lot alike!
We had a fun time. Now next week we will be celebrating Natalie's Birthday! Can't wait!!
